NextGen Strategy Partners exists because the organizations doing the hardest work in our community — counseling centers, nonprofits, schools — were getting the worst IT service. We decided to fix that.

From service, to service industry, to serving a mission.

Andrew is a veteran and the founder of NextGen Strategy Partners. Before starting the firm, he spent years inside a national IT franchise, supporting businesses of every kind — and watching the same pattern repeat: the smaller and more mission-driven the client, the further down the priority list they fell.

Nonprofits were sold tiered plans with security stripped out to hit a price. Behavioral health providers were told HIPAA was "an add-on." Schools waited days for fixes that a local technician could handle in an hour. The organizations that could least afford downtime got the most of it.

In July 2023, Andrew founded NextGen to invert that model: one flat, all-inclusive rate; enterprise-grade security as the baseline for every client; and an owner who answers his own phone. The military teaches you that the mission comes first and you never leave anyone behind. That's not a slogan here — it's the operating manual.
